Larry Cain
After being on what he calls "on the road" for twenty years in executive management positions in the banking industry, he decided to retire early and return to his hometown of Toledo to enjoy family and old friends. Larry had most recently been an executive vice president in charge of consumer lending with Chevy Chase Bank in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Prior to that he held executive positions with Citicorp Savings, Bank One and JP Morgan Chase. It didn't take long for him to realize that retirement wasn't what it was cracked up to be so he decided to pursure his interest in real estate and obtained his real estate license. With his background in lending and management, he understood what asset managers and lenders needed to manage and sell their distressed properties, so he focused his sights on the reo business and developing a team focused on meeting clients needs, whether selling or buying. Larry achieved "Life Member Million Dollar Club" in a very short time and has developed relationships with many asset managers across the country.
Keith Kain, Buyer Agent
Whether you are a first time buyer or have bought many homes, Keith understands the need for excellent customer service, having served fifteen years in various customer service positions. You can expect a quick response to your questions and he will be available to meet on your schedule. As an ardent investor in the Toledo area, Keith can guide you through the purchase process and property management as well. Exceeding your expectations is his first priority. Keith is a lifelong resident of the area with his wife and two children.
Patty Herrick, Office Assistant
Patty has been in the real estate business for three years and is responsible for a whole variety of activities as it relates to our group. She facilitates and handles all activities related to the MLS system as well as our other management systems. She also plays an integral role in gathering valuation data and data entry of information into various systems. Patty was in the U.S. Air Force for twenty-four years specializing in logistics before retiring in 2004. Patty earned an Associates of Logistics from the Community College of the Air Force and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Ashland University.
Aaron Cain, Webmaster/Photographer
Aaron is our webmaster and photographer. He is responsible for design and continually updating our websites as well as photographing properties for presentation purposes and valuation reports. Aaron also manages our virtual tour work for our listed properties through our bighousepix.com virtual tour company. Aaron attended the University of Texas A&M at Kingsville and received his degree in multimedia and web design from the Art Institute of Washington-Arlington.
